Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical software or documentation systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with diverse residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and supervise resident services per company policies and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Ensure compliance with admission procedures and state/federal requirements.
• Coordinate with physicians and pharmacies as required.
• Direct staff and supervise care delivery; report to Executive Director.
