Job summary

Talentify in Nebraska seeks a Resident Care Coordinator to lead resident services in line with company policies, standards of care, and regulatory requirements, reporting to the Executive Director.

You will oversee admissions, coordinate with physicians and pharmacies, supervise staff, ensure safety and compliance, and uphold resident dignity and quality of life.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to address concerns promptly in a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license (LPN or RN)
• CPR certification required
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Comply with personnel, safety, and corporate policies and procedures.
• Report allegations of resident abuse/neglect to the Executive Director.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Oversee admissions and ensure compliance with State/Federal requirements.
• Supervise staff and communicate with physicians and pharmacies as required.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and ensure quality patient care.
• Assist with service agreements and communication with families.
