Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator in Hastings, NE, to manage resident services in accordance with company policies, standards, and regulations, reporting to the Executive Director.

The role emphasizes compliance, dignity, confidentiality, admissions, service agreements, staff coordination, and communication with families and physicians; strong licensing and CPR required; ability to work flexible hours and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification is required.
• Basic computer skills are required for charting and communication.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be willing to work beyond normal hours and on weekends/holidays.
• Must be able to assist in evacuations during emergencies.
• Must be able to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
• May be required to operate a motor vehicle per Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Comply with the Community’s personnel, safety, and corporate policies and procedures.
• Report witnessed or reported allegations of resident abuse/neglect immediately to the Executive Director.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident and family information.
• Report to work on time and as scheduled.
• Review and supervise compliance with policies pertaining to total patient care and related regulations.
• Monitor and assist with compliance with state and federal regulations and laws concerning nursing care.
• Assist residents with admission and ensure compliance with all State and Federal requirements.
• Assist and execute the Negotiated Service Agreements.
• Maintain communication with families regarding fulfillment of agreements.
• Participate in selection of personnel to staff community and coordinate with physicians and pharmacy.
