Job summary

Midwest Health is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to oversee resident services in the community, ensuring quality care and adherence to company policies and regulations. The role reports to the Executive Director and operates to maintain dignity and respect for residents, families, and staff.

The position requires a valid LPN or RN license in good standing, CPR certification, strong computer skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with policies and procedures.
• Report abuse/neglect to Executive Director; treat residents and staff with dignity and respect.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Report to work on time and as scheduled.
• Review and supervise policy compliance for total patient care and regulatory adherence.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Assist residents with admission and ensure compliance with state/federal requirements.
• Assist and execute Negotiated Service Agreements.
• Maintain communication with families regarding agreement fulfillment.
• Participate in staff selection, orientation, and liaison with physicians and pharmacy.
