Global Refuge in Baltimore seeks a Senior Program Officer to oversee compliance for ORR-funded resettlement programs and supervise a team of Program Officers. You will lead monitoring, training, and technical assistance to ensure timely, quality services for refugees and immigrants.

You will coordinate with partners and ensure program alignment with funder requirements, while supporting the organization’s mission of welcoming newcomers through robust data-driven strategies and capacity building.

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree in social work, social sciences, non-profit management or related field with 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience conducting site monitoring and developing monitoring tools and protocols.
• Experience in resettlement programs and with ORR or equivalent funders preferred.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Experience with refugees and limited English speakers; ability to travel ~20%.

Mansioni

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program requirements and monitor compliance.
• Develop data, information, and analysis on program outcomes and trends.
• Create tools for distribution to Global Refuge network and provide training and technical assistance.
• Supervise direct reports and oversee monitoring visits and desk audits.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure consistent program service delivery.
