Job summary

Global Refuge seeks a Program Specialist to support Resettlement & Integration Services with data management, analysis, and reporting. You’ll ensure contractual and programmatic outcomes are met across programs while coordinating communications and resources within the network.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and strong cross-team collaboration. Based in Baltimore, MD, the position requires experience in nonprofit contexts and a commitment to serving newcomers.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or related field.
• Experience in non-profit management and social services programs is preferred.
• Experience with refugees, immigrants or limited English speakers is a plus.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to meet contractual and programmatic requirements.
• Enter, track, and analyze network-wide data; contribute to programmatic reporting and audits.
• Disseminate information and resources across the Global Refuge network.
• Support quality assurance processes for reporting accuracy and trends.
• Maintain relationships with departments to improve reporting quality and systems.
• Manage program spaces on the intranet/extranet and update tools and resources.
• Keep network contacts current and coordinate annual conferences and activities.
• Collaborate across teams and units; perform other duties as assigned.
