Job summary

SeaBreeze Vacation is seeking a Senior Reservations & Guest Services Specialist to deliver elevated service for Concierge Collection guests. You will be the dedicated contact from booking through checkout, ensuring a seamless, personalized stay on Anna Maria Island.

Responsibilities include proactive guest discovery, detailed profiles, and coordinating dining, activities, and special requests while maintaining SeaBreeze’s high hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hospitality, concierge or luxury guest services.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy and follow-through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Warm, professional demeanor that builds guest rapport.
• Proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Own Concierge Collection reservations from sale to checkout.
• Build genuine guest relationships through proactive outreach.
• Discover guest preferences and maintain detailed profiles.
• Guide guests through pre-arrival information and expectations.
• Assist with dining, activities, transportation and local services.
• Identify upsell opportunities to enhance guest experience.
