SeaBreeze Vacation on Anna Maria Island, FL is seeking a Reservations & Guest Services Specialist to assist guests from inquiry through checkout. The role is on-site, with a mix of guest communication, sales follow-up, and ensuring visitors feel welcomed and cared for.

The position reports to the Sales & Reservations Manager, involves handling inquiries, guiding guests to suitable properties, and processing reservations with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, reservations, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with guests.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems.
• Well-organized with attention to detail in payments, reservations, and records.
• Preferred: experience following up on leads and closing sales opportunities.

• Respond promptly and professionally to calls, chats, and emails.

Position Summary

The Reservations & Guest Services Specialist supports guests from their first inquiry through the end of their stay. You'll handle inbound and outbound communication, greet guests in the office, answer questions, resolve issues, and help travelers find the perfect SeaBreeze property.

This role reports to the Sales & Reservations Manager and works on-site. Expect a mix of guest communication, sales follow-up, and ensuring each visitor feels welcomed and cared for.

What You'll Do

Requirements:

Schedule: Full-time; Must be available for flexible shift work between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, including Saturdays
