Job summary

JAE LLC repair operations in Sugar Land, Texas is seeking a Senior Repair Administrator to coordinate administrative aspects of product repair and service activities. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, repair supervisors, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure timely processing and communication of repair orders.

The candidate will track repair status, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives, including KPIs and reports.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in repair administration, service operations, or manufacturing support.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Electronics import/export processing experience preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken Japanese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all administrative aspects of product repair and service activities.
• Track repair status, quotes, closures, and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as primary customer contact for updates and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate service records and ERP transactions.
• Collaborate with technicians, purchasing, quality, and logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality and documentation requirements.
• Monitor parts availability and coordinate procurement for repairs.
• Analyze trends and support continuous improvement in repair operations.
• Generate weekly and monthly repair activity reports.
• Track KPIs, including turnaround time, quote response time, on-time delivery.
