Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in repair administration, service operations, or manufacturing support.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Electronics import/export processing experience preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken Japanese preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage repair orders from receipt to closing and shipment.
• Track repair status and ensure timely completion.
• Serve as primary customer contact for repair updates and issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and ERP transactions.
• Coordinate with technicians, purchasing, quality, and logistics teams.
• Support quality documentation and compliance requirements.
• Track parts availability and coordinate procurement for repairs.
• Analyze trends and support continuous improvement in repair operations.
• Generate weekly and monthly repair activity reports.
• Track KPIs such as turnaround time, quotes, delivery, backlog, and customer service.
