Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Senior in Albany, GA to support branch and rental needs. The role emphasizes face-to-face service, reservations, and back-office tasks in a full-time capacity at a local branch.

The position starts at $14/hour for a 40-hour week, with benefits including PTO, discounts, retirement plan, and health coverage. Monday–Friday 8:00a–5:00p in Albany.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 2 years of prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (no major violations in 3 years).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00a–5:00p.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution.
• Manage outbound calls for callbacks, accounts receivable, and miscellaneous tasks.
• Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone; meet and greet customers.
• Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions; assist with rentals.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and other services; upsell optional products.
• Perform administrative and basic accounting tasks and maintain logs as needed.
