Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of continuous customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms and vehicle features to customers.
• Offer additional services and upgrades per company guidance.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local information for customers.
• Handle reservations calls, rate quotes, and general inquiries.
• Notify management of vehicle problems or customer issues.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
