Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Rental Sales Representative to coordinate weekly/monthly rental agreements for copiers, printers, and fax equipment, while building strong customer relationships across a regional territory.

You will develop rental proposals, negotiate terms, manage accounts, drive rental revenue, and ensure accurate invoicing and service delivery throughout the rental lifecycle. Travel within the region is frequent; you will partner with billing and operations to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of sales experience; industry experience preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new rental sales opportunities within assigned territory.
• Develop and present rental proposals including pricing and logistics.
• Negotiate rental agreements and close sales with customers.
• Manage and grow existing rental customer base to increase revenue.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, installations, and removals.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure timely invoicing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and pursue collections when needed.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
• Build relationships with prospective customers using various strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales activity in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about competitors and market trends.
• Develop relationships with third‑party organizations for opportunities.
