Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. seeks a Senior Field Representative, Support CIP to service and train on Ricoh business support offerings. You will work independently as a solutions specialist in your area, handling new business and support tasks as needed.

The role requires travel to customer sites, configuration, installation, troubleshooting, training, and collaboration to improve methods and drive utilization of Ricoh equipment and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; computer, electronics, mechanics, basic network and printing software experience desired.
• Meets certification requirement as defined by Technology Services Training Role Inventory and Certification Program.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, troubleshoot, network, maintain and train on assigned solutions.
• Repair, train customers, observe equipment/workflow and share solutions for improved methods.
• Proactively seek opportunities to increase utilization of Ricoh equipment, supplies, and services.
• Assemble and share expertise on products and equipment operations.
