Job summary

LegalZoom is seeking a Senior Training & Enablement Specialist to own the onsite Reno hub training and enablement. You will partner with local leaders to deliver consistent, high‑quality customer experiences while adapting training to site needs.

You will apply adult-learning principles, use performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new tools and workflows. Travel to other sites as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Sales Enablement, Training, or L&D supporting frontline teams.
• Experience owning training or enablement programs with autonomy and using data to drive solutions.
• Strong facilitation skills in live and virtual settings.
• Content development and instructional design for frontline teams and leaders.
• Experience using AI tools and modern enablement technologies to improve work.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel to other LegalZoom sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own onsite Reno hub training and enablement aligned with LegalZoom standards.
• Lead live and virtual workshops, simulations, role-plays, certifications, and practice activities.
• Design learning experiences using adult learning principles and performance support.
• Develop and maintain leadership and rep-facing materials and playbooks.
• Maintain knowledge resources, SOPs, and AI-enabled tools for frontline teams.
• Use AI and tools to improve design, delivery, reinforcement, and measurement.
