Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in sales or revenue-driving roles.
• 5+ years leading managers (managing managers) in a high-volume call center or contact center.
• Experience owning revenue targets and running a metrics-driven sales organization.
• Experience managing multiple sales motions (inbound, outbound, renewals/retention, upsell/cross-sell).
• Strong analytics and CRM proficiency to interpret dashboards and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue goals for the Reno-based sales organization.
• Lead frontline leaders and sales reps; set clear expectations and coach performance.
• Design and execute sales strategies across motions to optimize performance and customer experience.
• Use data to run the business and monitor KPIs; adjust staffing and coaching accordingly.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to align plans and governance.
• Lead change management during integration, ensuring culture and compliance are maintained.
• Build a high-performance, inclusive culture with strong coaching and career progression.
