Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or business operations.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow design.
• Strong requirement gathering and governance experience.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; intermediate SQL; BI tooling experience (Thoughtspot, Hex, Salesforce SFDC).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales operations projects; map processes and design workflows.
• Analyze sales and contact center data to identify trends and root causes.
• Deliver dashboards and reports with Thoughtspot, Hex, Salesforce and SQL models.
• Audit CRM workflows; document inbound/outbound sales motions and telephony processes.
• Create SOPs and translate business needs into technical specs for partners.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive alignment.
• Identify operational risks and build efficiency models.
• Serve as embedded SME in day-to-day sales operations.
• Occasional travel may be required.
