Job summary

LegalZoom in Reno is seeking a Senior Training & Enablement Specialist to lead onsite training for the Reno hub, partnering with local leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable learning programs.

You will design experiences using adult learning principles, leverage AI and modern tools, and measure impact with performance data to accelerate proficiency and adoption across tools, products, and workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Sales Enablement, Training, or L&D supporting frontline teams, with a track record of driving measurable business results.
• Experience owning training or enablement programs with a high degree of autonomy, including using performance data and stakeholder input.
• Strong facilitation skills in live and virtual settings, adapting to audience and priorities.
• Strong content development and instructional design skills for frontline teams and leaders.
• Experience using AI tools and modern enablement technologies to improve learning delivery.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and clear communication with leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate new hire, ongoing, and upskilling programs for the Reno hub, ensuring alignment with LegalZoom standards.
• Lead live and virtual workshops, simulations, role-plays, certifications, and practice activities.
• Design learning experiences using adult learning principles, reinforcement, and performance support.
• Create and maintain rep- and leader-facing materials to support customer conversations.
• Maintain knowledge resources, playbooks, SOPs, and AI-enabled tools for frontline teams.
• Leverage AI and modern tools to improve design, delivery, and measurement of learning.
