Job summary

Billtrust is seeking a Sr. Manager, Renewals to lead a team responsible for commercial contract excellence and gross revenue retention across our customer base. You will own end-to-end renewal strategy, lifecycle management, and negotiations, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Deal Desk, Finance, Product and SalesOps.

This AI-first role emphasizes coaching, AI tool adoption, and data-driven forecasting, with accountability for renewal data in Salesforce and for achieving GRR targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in renewals or account management at a B2B SaaS company.
• 3+ years leading teams or people managers.
• Proven ability to drive AI adoption in a team setting.
• Strong data analysis, tracking, reporting, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Sales, CS, Finance, Legal.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal strategy and lifecycle management from initiation to close.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with executive stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Legal, Deal Desk, Finance, Product, and Sales Ops.
• Own renewal performance reporting, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
