Competenze

• 12+ years leading a SaaS/PaaS integrated commercial ops org.
• 6+ years leading deal desk, pricing, or discount governance at scale.
• Experience designing and implementing pricing and policy frameworks.
• Proven ability to redesign processes with AI/automation.
• Strong analytical skills in deal, discount, and margin economics.
• Executive presence with cross-functional influence across Sales, Legal, Finance.
