Job summary

BlueVoyant is seeking a Senior Renewals Representative to join our Sales team in a fully remote role, building our renewals function from the ground up while owning and closing a portfolio of strategic renewals. You'll design and drive the renewals process, playbooks, forecasting and systems that make renewals a predictable, scalable source of retained and expanded revenue.

You'll work closely with Sales leadership, Customer Success, Client Executives, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Finance,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in renewals, account management or B2B SaaS/subscription sales with ≥3 years in renewals.
• Experience building or scaling renewals processes, functions, or teams.
• Deep knowledge of renewals, forecasting, pricing, uplift strategy and retention metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end renewals process, from early engagement to signature and handoff.
• Define engagement rules between Renewals, CS, and channel partners.
• Build renewal playbooks, pricing uplift and multi-year strategies.
• Configure Salesforce/CPQ, data hygiene and renewal data visibility.
• Own renewals forecasting, KPIs (GRR/NRR) and risk flags.
• Lead negotiations on multi-year agreements and discounting guardrails.
• Coach colleagues, onboard hires, and lead forecast/pipeline reviews.
