Job summary

Doppel is hiring its first dedicated Renewals Manager to design and own a scalable renewals function. You will build the operating model, own renewal execution across the customer base, and partner with Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and partners to drive renewal ARR.

You will manage end-to-end renewal lifecycle, establish forecasting discipline, and implement automation and data-driven strategies to reduce churn and improve retention. The role offers equity and a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS renewals or related post-sale roles.
• Demonstrated ownership of renewal targets or book of business.
• Experience building or improving renewals processes and cadences.
• Cybersecurity or complex B2B SaaS exposure with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable renewals operating model across lifecycle stages and governance.
• Lead renewal motions for strategic, core, scaled, direct and channel customers.
• Develop forecasting, risk definitions, and renewal data requirements in Salesforce.
• Create playbooks, templates, and dashboards for repeatable renewal workflows.
• Define commercial guardrails for uplifts, multi-year terms, co-terming, and exceptions.
• Own end-to-end renewal lifecycle from planning to signature and close.
• Maintain renewal forecast and visibility into churn, contraction, and blockers.
• Collaborate with CS, AE, Finance, Legal, and Channel partners on renewal strategy.
• Coordinate renewal-related renewals with AEs and partners for cohesive strategy.
• Ensure accurate renewal data and smooth transition to billing.
