GitLab is seeking a Senior Renewals Operations Manager to own the renewal engine at scale. You will partner with CX, Revenue, Finance, and Tech to quote and close renewals, improve data quality, and drive efficiencies across the renewal process.

This senior IC role emphasizes ownership, influence, and end-to-end process improvements without direct reports, in a fully remote environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience in Renewals Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar analytical roles.
• Experience with renewal forecasting and retention reporting.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; translate analysis into action.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the end-to-end renewal operating model from identification to close.
• Develop renewal cadences and drive process improvements.
• Define and evolve retention reporting with cross-functional partners.
• Improve CRM data flows and reporting in Salesforce.
• Automate renewal motions and scalable workflows.
• Support capacity planning and scenario planning for renewals.
