Avid is a leading technology company empowering creators with collaborative tools used in film, TV, news, sports, music, and live events. The Senior Renewal Operations Manager role builds and scales the renewal foundation for a high-volume, down-market segment, designing processes, configuring systems, and creating reporting for predictable renewal performance.

You will own renewal data, translate it into executive insights, and drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize CRM and renewal

Qualifications

6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Renewal Operations in a global tech or SaaS company.
Proven experience owning and building renewal operations for high-volume segments.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) to build reporting and manage updates; comfortable with BI tools to build and validate reporting; Gainsight a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain renewal reporting for the high-volume segment, providing leadership with regular, reliable visibility into renewal forecasting and performance.
Define what gets captured in renewal data, where, and how — and work cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.
Translate raw renewal data into clear narratives and insights that drive decisions at the leadership level.
Ensure the right data is captured in the right systems at every stage of the renewal lifecycle; configure and optimize CRM, partner portals, and renewal orchestration tools to support automated renewal processes.
Establish and manage a recurring renewal operations cadence.
Collaborate with RevOps, Customer Ops, and IT to configure and optimize systems to support renewal processes across the organization.
