Job summary

Avid is seeking a Senior Renewal Operations Manager to design and scale the renewal operating model for a high-volume down-market segment. You will build reporting, configure systems, and establish cadence to give leadership predictable renewal visibility.

You will own renewal data, translate insights for executives, and collaborate with RevOps, Customer Ops, and IT to optimize CRM and renewal tooling (Salesforce, partner portal, Gainsight).

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Renewal Operations in a global tech or SaaS company.
• Proven experience owning and building renewal operations for high-volume segments.
• Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience building renewal reporting and pacing models; able to turn raw CRM data into executive-ready insights, Excel expertise (Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas like Index Match).
• Familiarity with partner portals or partner management tools is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) to build reporting; comfortable with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and Gainsight; CSP platform experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain renewal reporting for the high-volume segment, providing leadership with regular, reliable visibility into renewal forecasting and performance.
• Define renewal data capture, data location, and data quality; collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate renewal reporting.
• Translate raw renewal data into clear narratives and insights to drive executive decisions.
• Ensure data is captured across systems (CRM, partner portal, renewal tools); work with RevOps, Customer Ops, and IT to configure and optimize renewal processes.
• Establish and manage a recurring renewal operations cadence.
