Qualifications

• 5–10 years in proposal development, engineering, project management, technical writing, estimating, or related work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical information into client-focused content.
• Ability to independently lead concurrent proposals, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage milestones.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, scopes, client standards, and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to highly complex proposals with minimal oversight.
• Develop scope, approach, schedule, fee, assumptions, and content with the pursuit team.
• Prepare proposal development plans, assignments, and review schedules.
• Coordinate reviews, revisions, and sign-offs to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, Field Services, PM, Legal, Safety, Quality, Procurement.
• Maintain CRM opportunity records and the proposal management database.
