Qualifications

• ABET‑accredited B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering; PE preferred.
• 10+ years civil/structural design experience; 5+ years renewables.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role preferred.
• Lead complex multi‑disciplinary renewables projects from design to final.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for performance goals.
• Coach and develop engineering staff; conduct 1:1s and reviews.
• Manage team budget including revenue, training, and events.
• Oversee hiring with HR partners and regular interviews.
• Lead full project lifecycle for renewables projects from proposals to design.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and project management.
• Ensure adherence to standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Control budgets, schedules, and change orders; review documents.
• Support revenue growth by promoting services and client relations.
