Ulteig Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Developer – Renewables to drive the proposal process, coordinate pursuit teams, develop compliant content, and support cost estimates.

You will collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, Field Services, and Project Management to deliver high-quality, client-focused proposals. Responsibilities include planning, RFP review, content development, and ensuring timely, compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, project management, engineering, technology, renewable energy, or related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in proposal development, project coordination, project management, technical writing, estimating support, engineering support, or related work in Power, Renewables, infrastructure, or consulting environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to organize technical information into client-focused content.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Ability to work across diverse teams and drive proposal activities forward.
• Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Initiate and lead Renewables proposal efforts from intake through final submission, including planning and scheduling.
• Review RFPs, identify missing information, compliance needs, and scope clarifications.
• Develop proposal documents, exhibits, and related sales materials using templates and brand standards.
• Research, write, edit, and organize proposal content to ensure accuracy and client focus.
• Prepare proposal development plan and manage assignments and communications.
• Support estimate development by coordinating inputs and aligning scope with estimates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, Field Services, Project Management, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate proposal kickoff and progress review activities as appropriate.
• Set up and maintain proposal collaboration tools and tracking systems.
• Coordinate final proposal packaging, submission, and delivery for on-time compliant responses.
• Support proposal closeout and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Participate in developing new processes, tools, and content libraries.
• Lead internal meetings and drive tasks to completion.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
