Job summary

Ulteig is seeking a Senior Market Leader to drive growth in the Renewables sector by delivering comprehensive client solutions and mentoring the team.

You will collaborate across functions—Business Development, Marketing, Proposals, Project Management, Engineering and Finance—to win new opportunities and strengthen partnerships, while aligning resources with client needs. This role requires strategic thinking and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, client management, engineering and/or renewable project development.
• Minimum of 5 years renewable energy development for a large utility-scale developer, EPC or IPP highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen across partnerships, innovation, project management, proposals and consulting engineering.
• Ability to travel and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, promote and sell services and solutions related to the Renewables industry to existing and prospective clients focused in the assigned service categories.
• Participate in coaching/mentoring team members as we onboard and diversify skillsets across our team.
• Lead with influence across the organization to pursue, propose and win business.
• Listen to clients, address market challenges and evolving client needs with compelling, comprehensive solutions.
• Conduct analysis and assess market potential - develop Lifeline Sector plans and case studies.
• Invest in and develop consultative and engineering technologies and solutions.
• Identify, develop and convert opportunities with new and existing clients within the renewable lifeline sector.
• Engage with the industry and clients to represent Ulteig and build high-impact relationships.
