Job summary

Ulteig is seeking a Technical Manager – Renewables to lead the Renewables Civil team and shape next‑gen renewable energy projects. You’ll guide engineers, influence business growth, and deliver cutting-edge solutions powering a sustainable future.

In this role you’ll drive collaboration across sales, project management, and clients, mentor staff, and advance strategy while navigating a dynamic environment that accelerates the clean energy transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Structural) from ABET-accredited program; PE license preferred.
• Minimum 10 years civil/structural design experience; 5+ years in renewables; 2+ years in leadership.
• Lead multi-disciplinary renewables projects from initial design through final design.
• Strong communication with internal teams, clients, and partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities across the full project lifecycle for renewable energy projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with project management to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee adherence to standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure budgets, schedules, and scopes are maintained; manage change orders.
• Review technical documents and ensure high-quality design.
