Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Construction Project Manager or Project Executive to lead utility-scale wind projects across the United States. The role combines project execution with mentorship, safety, and innovation to deliver high-impact energy infrastructure.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and resources while collaborating with multiple teams and clients nationwide. Travel and onsite presence at critical phases are required to ensure project success and compliance with prevailing wage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management.
• Experience in project management on utility-scale renewables projects such as Solar, BESS or wind preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time and be at job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assure project abides by environmental safety awareness and compliance.
• Document and communicate project progress, performance, and issues to all stakeholders.
• Own the project budget, cost, forecast, and schedule.
• Provide day-to-day direction and oversight of project resources and materials.
• Oversee multiple projects and maintain prime contract with Owner.
• Foster and maintain client relations to drive repeat business.
