Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Construction Manager II to direct planning and management of on-site activities for renewable energy projects across the United States. You will lead safety compliance, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards.

The role requires frequent travel to project sites, with rotations that include time at home, a per-diem allowance, a company vehicle, and a fuel card.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Five years of construction industry experience.
• Experience supervising crews.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Directly or indirectly supervise construction workers and foremen.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure on-time completion.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and stakeholders for cost control.
