Job summary

Per Sé Group, a nationwide staffing and recruiting firm, is seeking a leader to own execution for utility-scale solar, wind, and storage projects. You will oversee EPC contractors, field teams, budgets, schedules, and interconnection activities while traveling 1–2 weeks per month to stay engaged with active construction.

You’ll have 5–7 years of project execution experience, PMP preferred, and a mix of strategic and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience leading utility-scale project execution in solar, wind or storage.
• 5–7 years in project execution with strong EPC/contractor management skills.
• Degree and PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scope and manage LNTP work before financial close
• Manage EPC contractors from FNTP through final completion
• Track progress, pay applications, change orders, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate Owner Furnished Equipment through design, logistics, installation, and commissioning
• Keep internal and external stakeholders aligned with clear project updates
• Coordinate interconnection scheduling and execution
• Lead the handoff from construction into Asset Management and O&M
