Job summary

EDF power solutions North America seeks a Senior EPC Project Manager to lead the EPC execution for utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and budget control while coordinating with cross-functional teams and contractors through planning, execution, and handover.

Role requires 6+ years in renewables EPC, proven contractor negotiation experience, and strong leadership with proficiency in MS Office and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in renewables EPC markets and construction.
• Experience negotiating contracts with EPC contractors on projects > $100M.
• Proven ability to lead a project execution team and work in cross-functional structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC execution for Utility-Scale Solar, On-Shore Wind, and Storage projects.
• Manage EPC contracts and project execution plan; coordinate with site teams and SMEs.
• Ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule control; oversee transport/logistics and testing/commissioning plans.
• Assist in EPC services procurement, RFP evaluation, and contractor selection.
• Contribute to process improvements and lessons learned for cost and schedule optimization.
