Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is seeking a Senior EPC Project Manager to lead EPC execution for Utility-Scale Solar, On-Shore Wind, and Energy Storage projects across our portfolio. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and subject-matter-experts to manage EPC contractors from selection through execution, completion and handover, while supporting procurement and contracting efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the renewables EPC market.
• Extensive experience negotiating EPC contracts over $100M.
• Experience leading a project execution team.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• EPC Project Execution: manage contract and project execution plan.
• Coordinate with EDF site team and subject matter experts.
• Accountable for safety, quality, budget, and schedule.
• Lead/participate in daily and periodic project meetings.
• Implement transport and logistics plans for Owner Provided Equipment.
• Develop and implement Testing and Commissioning plans.
• Close-out activities including lessons learned and cost/schedule analysis.
• EPC Contracting: negotiate technical and commercial contract exhibits.
• EPC Services Procurement: support RFP evaluation and contractor selection.
• Continuous Improvement initiatives: improve processes and tools; reduce LCOE.
• Other duties as assigned.
