Job summary

EDF power solutions North America seeks a Senior EPC Project Manager to lead major Utility-Scale Solar, On-Shore Wind, and Energy Storage projects. You will supervise EPC contractors from bid to handover, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, on-time, within-budget outcomes.

The role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and knowledge of renewable project delivery, with a track record of large contracts (> $100M).

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in construction/renewables EPC.
• Experience negotiating EPC contracts and managing >$100M projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC project execution from contract to handover.
• Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and contractors.
• Manage safety, quality, budget, and schedule.
• Support procurement and contracting activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
