Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field execution for utility-scale solar projects. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with the Project Manager and APM across pre-construction to demobilization.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction leadership experience in renewable energy, with a strong grasp of EPC contracts, scheduling, and cost control. Relocation to the project site is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressively responsible construction experience.
• Experience on utility-scale solar or renewable energy projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of EPC contracts and construction sequencing.
• Must relocate to project site for the duration of each project.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for safe, high-quality field execution and project alignment.
• Lead pre-planning, mobilization, and execution per the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Audit work activities, support schedules, and monitor cost performance.
• Lead safety culture and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Manage subcontractor performance and client interfaces on-site.
• Support commissioning, punch list, closeout, and demobilization activities.
• Coach and mentor supervisors and staff to develop talent.
