Job summary

EDF power solutions is seeking a Senior EPC Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar, wind, and storage EPC execution. You will manage EPC contractors from selection through execution to handover, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.

The role focuses on delivering complex renewable energy projects across North America, with opportunities for process improvement, procurement strategy, and contract optimization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in renewable EPC/construction.
• Experience negotiating with EPC contractors on contracts >$100M.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Leadership and cross-functional team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC project execution and contract management.
• Coordinate with EDF site team and SMEs across disciplines.
• Ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Lead meetings and coordination activities.
• Oversee transport/logistics, testing and commissioning.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Handle project close-out activities and claims where needed.
