CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior Rendering Engineer to join the Cyberpunk 2 team. You will develop and optimize rendering systems in Unreal Engine 5 for a large-scale open world, collaborating across IC/artist teams.

You’ll work on performance optimization, memory usage, and new rendering features, with a focus on achieving cinematic visuals and stable runtimes across platforms. This role supports hybrid or remote work in the US.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of industry experience.
• Experience on AAA console titles with Unreal Engine.
• Fluent in C++ with graphics programming expertise.
• Unreal Engine 5 or equivalent in-house engine experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern rendering techniques and GPU/CPU architectures.
• Multithreaded programming experience.
• Experience with DirectX12 or Vulkan and other graphics APIs.
• Experience with graphics debugging tools (RenderDoc, Pix, etc.).
• Ability to profile and optimize performance at a low level.
• Strong communication, ownership and proactive attitude.

• Collaborate with engineers and content teams to develop new rendering solutions for a large-scale open world.
• Help art teams realize characters and a cyberpunk world with high runtime fidelity.
