Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience adjudicating workers' compensation in SC and VA.
• “Bachelor's degree required; designations or additional experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex indemnity workers' compensation claims.
• Investigate claims and review forms, policies, and endorsements.
• Prepare reports and document file activities.
• Negotiate settlements and manage claims in litigation.
