CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Workday Talent Management Strategy & Solutions Analyst to partner with HR and IT in delivering talent management solutions.

The role focuses on configuring Workday Talent Management, defining requirements, and driving system enhancements across HR technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive Workday experience, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in reporting and analytics to support business decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' experience configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management
• 4+ years' experience calculated fields, Business Processes and building solutions in Workday
• 4+ years' experience with strategic planning, delivery, and support of projects and programs
• 3+ years' experience demonstrating problem solving, solutioning, and decision-making skills
• 3+ years' experience delivering tracking tools such as Jira
• 3+ years' experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with HR leaders, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, support solution development, and assist with the implementation of system enhancements
• Understands the needs of the business and evaluates Workday and other technologies through research and testing to offer solutions to meet business needs
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system functionality through workflow optimization, automation, and enhanced use of technology capabilities
• Support the configuration, administration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of HR technology platforms, including Workday Talent Management
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration changes in Jira in partnership with Product Owners and business stakeholders
• Configure and maintain HR technology system settings and business processes under established governance / auditing guidelines to support business requirements and HR policies
• Participate in system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, testing activities, and release management processes to support successful deployment and user adoption
• Collaborate on development of reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide HR and business leaders with meaningful workforce insights and operational metrics
• Investigate system issues, perform analysis, and collaborate with internal and external partners to support issue resolution and continuous system improvement
• Create and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures, process flows, and configuration documentation
• Manage assigned work across multiple initiatives, adjusting priorities as needed while meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail
• Share knowledge, provide peer support, and contribute expertise to team discussions, projects, and continuous improvement efforts
