Job summary
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and enterprise systems. This 100% remote role emphasizes reliable, secure, and scalable delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Workday integrations, strong XSLT, Workday data model and tenant configuration, and a track record of mentoring engineers with cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
- 5+ years of Workday integration development experience.
- Deep expertise in EIB, Studio, and Core Connectors.
- Strong XSLT skills and Workday Studio orchestrations.
- Hands-on with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Workday data model and tenant configuration.
- Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
- Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations.
- Deliver hands-on integration using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and API.
- Ensure reliability, security, and data quality.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code/design reviews.
