Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Middleware Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise application landscape. This hands-on role emphasizes reliability, security, and data quality, using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs.

The candidate will ship meaningful production integrations, navigate the Workday tenant model, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with product, design, and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years of Workday integration development experience.
• Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
• Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
• Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations with high reliability.
• Deliver hands-on integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs.
• Ensure data quality, security, and tenant model awareness across deployments.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders; mentor junior engineers.
• Raise the bar through code review and design review with clear, disciplined engineering practices.
