Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise landscape. The role focuses on hands-on integration delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs with emphasis on reliability, security, and data quality.

The ideal candidate will have shipped meaningful Workday integrations in production, understand the tenant model and security framework, and mentor junior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Workday integration development experience.
• Strong expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
• Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
• Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise application landscape.
• Deliver hands-on integration delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs with reliability and data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate ambiguous requirements into engineered solutions.
• Raise engineering quality through code reviews, design reviews, and mentorship of junior engineers.
