Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday API Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and enterprise applications. You will implement integration solutions using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs with a focus on reliability and data quality.

The role requires 6+ years of Workday integration experience, strong XSLT skills, and expertise in Workday security models. This is a full-time, remote position with US-based eligibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workday integration development experience.
• Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
• Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
• Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.
