Job summary

New Vision Softcom Consultancy is seeking a senior Workday integration specialist to design and maintain complex Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits and Finance. Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant Workday orchestration experience.
• Experience building and maintaining Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits and Finance.
• Knowledge of security concepts (ISU, domains, roles).
• Familiarity with Windows, client-server, and web-based development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Build and optimize XML/XSLT/JSON-based transformations and orchestration flows across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance.
• Create and manage calculated fields, advanced/matrix/composite reports, and RaaS for integration and reporting needs.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform unit testing, manage security, and support migration to production.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure Workday integration solutions.
• Have worked on Workday Financial module and integrations with other systems.
