Scalepex is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects for a major client in 2025. The role requires coordinating across software engineers, architects, and product teams while managing scope, budget and timeline.

You will drive risk mitigation, status reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing nearshore services environment. Remote work is supported for this position in the United States.

Competenze

• 5+ years of program management experience across multiple streams and stakeholders.
• Extensive experience with JIRA.
• Ability to manage and communicate with executive leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and data platform integration experience.
