Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of policy analysis, training, or healthcare operations.
• Experience with CMS and ACA policies; ability to communicate complex topics.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring, and performance management.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance and work across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex CMS-related programs; manage schedules and scope.
• Lead remote teams of healthcare admins, writers, and trainers.
• Design frameworks to monitor KPIs, SLAs, and resource use.
• Facilitate governance, incident/change management, and continuous improvement.
• Present strategies bridging policy, data, and system implementation.
