Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ combined years in Policy Analyst, Training, and/or Healthcare Operations.
• Experience with CMS.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams; performance management.
• Experience using CMS JIRA and Confluence tools.
• Expert knowledge of health care policy, the ACA, CMS operations.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Residence in the United States for the past 3 of the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and tasks for remote operations teams.
• Assign work to project and contract scope and maintain client trust.
• Provide structure, guidance, and leadership to healthcare admins, writers, and trainers.
• Design operational workflows and auditing for scalable service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with development teams to standardize processes and drive data-driven decisions.
• Prepare schedules, milestones, and progress reporting for CMS programs.
• Lead client meetings to define business needs and recommend solutions.
• Deliver reports, dashboards and insights on operations performance.
• Track regulatory changes affecting program implementation.
