Synergy is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead and oversee complex IT information systems engineering and systems integration projects.

This role serves as the primary liaison between government leadership and contractor teams, guiding technical direction across all phases of the SELC. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience providing technical direction and project management.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in change management and process improvements.
• Hands-on experience with cloud management and familiarity with all phases of the Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC).

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, and assign responsibilities to subordinate technical and functional staff; oversee day-to-day operations and completion of all IT project tasks.
• Act as the primary interface between Government management personnel and contractor leadership, delivering clear written and oral status reports.
• Provide overarching technical direction for system development, integration, and cloud management initiatives; serve as a subject matter authority for technical design and issue resolution.
• Ensure the development, implementation, and maintenance of Program Management Plans and Technical Specifications Plans that guide all technical and functional project activities.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards while staying within estimated cost and timeline baselines.
• Proactively anticipate systems integration challenges and implement modern technological solutions to resolve unique systems engineering problems.
• Lead organizational change management strategies, streamline workflows, and drive continuous process engineering.
